I changed the name of the thread to "Electronics thread" old name was "ardunio system" The target is about basic electronic components and other... but you can post about the arduino as you are free, well 2017 is the age of all the modern things you are using, we hope a better future!
I've recently used the Particle Photon (and written a blog post about it), which is super fun for hobby projects. I've combined it with a display, an NFC reader and a few other minor hardware things to create a time recording tool, which looks like this:
Was kind of fun, but I had some issues getting the display to work (especially with the particle using its GPIO pins for JTAG when booting so the display got confused)
I always wanted to build a project with Arduino. I just don't know what I can possibly do. I had an idea of using RaspberryPi 0 to build a portable console with classic emulated games on it, but I didn't really have much time to invest.
That looks cool guys what about building an FM radio is it possible with the arduino?
@ ohaz: you can say that's I am a beginner with the ard,
I am really interested about the wireless transmission
I made an oscilloscope map in cs2d , (sucks) maybe
@ Infinite Rain: you meant something like a game boy?
@ Infinite Rain: HAHA I knew it ! you watch GreatScott's electronic channel
about the video : Okay ! got it!! but it needs a lot of work
GOOD LUCK
wait... but he just said that he just gave you a random one , it doesn't make sense ._.
topic/good luck with that thing , what ever you're doing , the only thing i know that its electro thingy
I had a capacitor with the max voltage 450 v but i forget how much is the capacitance , i enjoy doing shortcircuits with
Thkat capacitor's origine is romania, malfarad but its now in some where in my house because i lose it
The last time i've got my self a C556a transistor as first one
@ Kirito2K: yes its just about electronics and thanks.
Guys , yesterday I found a component that it looks like a 555 timer there is text on it : AD85063D / 15HY28
I really don't know guys what is it , I googled the reference a hundred times , no information found , please if you have any informations about write a comment !
@ TimeQuesT: it was a converter, nevermind , thank you
Guys what is the best voltage to heat up a copper wire with diameter of 0.5 mm?
_________
1.5 v
9 v
12 v
220 v ☡
_________
i want to reach 1000°C in 1 Minutes or less than 1 Min , the copper wire will be destroyed , is it possible for heating ?
Well the wire is about uh , let's say 1 meter²
Isolation : yes
Quality : pure copper
surrounding : at least more than 1000 degrees
I don't have a ohm Meter to give you the value of the resistance
Anyway i tried to heat up a wire with a very small diameter and it's working , just with a ultra Duracell battery of 1.5 Volts
Hey guys , i want to try a expirement with an antenna like this
This concept works indeed, since the electric waves causes a current in the antenna, but it is pretty small.
To gain enough current your antenna has to be pretty long.
There was once a radio in the Yps-magazine powered by only the antenna - which was about 36 meters long.
The frequency was varied by moving the ferrite core.
Here's a picture of the magazine.
This would work with a LED indeed, but a bulb won't work: your antenna has to be extremely long.
