When i surfed the net, go to this website, load the page then suddenly, the server didnt responded. It happened 12 noon (UTC/GMT + 8hrs). And now 4:50pm, i can surf the website.
Is this normal? Is it my connection? Or another DDoS attack?

If you were able to do other things on the internet, chances are that US was down again.

Yes, the page was down. Just another DDoS attack. The common stuff. Closed.

In case this page is down for a longer period (some hours) you can be pretty sure that someone DDoSed it again.
