When i try to reply or PM someone it says "Please wait for the cooldown to expire!" even through i waited like 1 minute.
Please help , i cant reply or PM anyone :c

Did you simply retry (restart browser and try again)? Chances are good that this fixes your problem.

The browser shouldn't matter because the system uses a server sided timestamp. The countdown JavaScript is just for visualization.
