Sadly, I haven't seen any decent prison server in a while, most of them are occupied by tr/br/rus kids that are screaming and killing eachother, especially when in overseers group.
In short: just continue killing others, it's very unlikely you'll find players that are capable of playing RP in prison (roleplay, not rape, that one is pretty easy).

The concept must be respected otherwise it becomes unplayable, unfortunately the cruel reality is that most of people don't care of the rules maybe they can't read or they think that the game is simply about killing the opponent.. i miss the old days even if those kids were present serious people rejected them , anger when someone kills you this way is a part of the game after all
Killing innocents it's like when you and your friends are in the same server and vote to kick every stranger who logs in (voting innocents is cooler btw
