This derives from the behaviour of the English-languaged members of the forum.
If you have a look at the German equivalent, you will see that not as many are closed there. Don't get me wrong, they also open a lot of crappy topics, but few of them are such entire total bloody rubbish as these here are with hardly any exception.
Moral: Be good children and write no bullshit

spam is not allowed in this forum. the trash forum is a part of this forum so its not allowed to spam there too! why? because spam is senseless and annoying - there is no reason to write spam posts at all (it also increases traffic and therefore hosting costs)

its just used as dump for spamthreads. these threads are moved to the trash forum in order to clean up the forums where they have been created (or I just delete them). its not meant to create spam threads on purpose in here!
