well... do you have a LAPTOP or COMPUTER well you can, the LAPTOP you use is a DEFFRENT ip and the LAPTOP your brother use are deffrent too, well i don't know or you can kill your self then your brother can play!.. just kidding

That's not really required, you just can't make two accounts under the same IP in a single day.

I'm sure that he can make another account with the same computer so long as he logs out and uses different credentials.

Spook MQ Hacker clearly knows how to run multiple accounts... but obviously doesn't try really hard to hide that all those accounts are used by a single person. Obvious multiaccount is obvious.
