Well I never liked MSI motherboard since I used it with Phenom 6 years ago (there was VIA audio, shitty as hell) and build some computers based on it for my clients.

Check the motherboard if there is any scratches or dead capacitors on it, if you have warranty go to the shop and exchange it, there is nothing else that I can help you about it

EDIT:
Try to update UEFI (bios) and disable and enable back intergrated audio device in bios
