Unreal Software Congrats ZxC -- The latest MOD DC thinks for this. I do believe ZxC should at least get a chance to post his opinion about this and maybe(?) be reinstated. I'm mean come on, he's new at this stuff.
It's not like the other mod which created a rant thread and banned people when they posted in it.
Just my two cents about this.
Yates has writtenWell this really has two sides. Yes it was obviously wrong, but KimKat was just as wrong. From what we know KimKat did start ranting about US.de and that he was going to make an aimbot before ZxC started to, well, get more info.
Two wrongs don't make a right.

KimKat making and using an Aimbot isn't right, that is no excuse for GeoB99 being a dick about it. GeoB99 should've just reported it to DC and enforce a game ban on KimKat. No, it doesn't. And I said he was obviously wrong for doing so. But seeing as he has actually done good by helping clean the archive and the forum, I do believe he deserves a second chance. He has done nothing wrong apart from this. He has still been helpful and can continue to do so.
Now I don't think we should forget this ever happened, hell no, but everything can always be forgiven.

Can't argue with you on that because I don't really care for KimKat. To be honest everything he has ever called me without any proper reason (this was in a time where KimKat and I got along) doesn't even make up for the fun made out of him here. I'm not saying it was right, but I most certainly don't feel any remorse for what happened towards him.

I might went too in extreme, but here's reason why I kinda stabbed him and afterwards being removed from Steam friends list by Kimkat.
Before being removed from Steam friends, he will gonna make an aimbot cheat as a revenge to "trolls" he says. And in fact, he did but he mostly used this aimbot to cheat on almost every server (as Kimkat told to me). To be honest, I dunno how would an aimbot cheat can be effective as a revenge to "trolls". Unfortunately, afterwards, I couldn't leave him unpunished since he basically cheated on CS2D servers. As far I know,
Seekay sent to DC a PM regard this, but looks like DC didn't give him the game banned rank and I've sent the same PM (although it was a longest one). Still same results because DC didn't read the whole of my PM due to reason that it was too long to read (I've included other points in the PM, not just the cheat report). Whatever, I still could not leave him unpunished so for that matter, I've gave him the game banned rank. This is one of the main reason why Kimkat went so angry and full hatred to me. (just look at the screenshot in the More tag).
Also, In all my honestly, Kimkat has some of serious problems (no offence). Some months ago, he told me that he hates German people (include DC as well) so much to death and even wishing every user from US.de to die. Why would he categorize all users or the Germans in same side just because of his bad past experience or problems with US.de? I know, might some of the insults or provocations towards him were too much in extreme but why would he categorize the rest of the innocent people or all Germans? What they did to him?
This is just some of the few points regard him. Anyways, I don't mind what he said in the past. And again I've gotta admit it, I did the most biggest mistake and I must deal and suck with it. Even though they're jokes (like calling him a Hyperautist), but no matter what, mistake is a mistake and I must deal with it.

GeoB99 saw unacceptable threads like 
The Hyperautist without doing anything which implies that he tolerates such things. Maybe it's because it was posted by an "AnalBagel"-member which he is too himself but I can't judge that and in the end it doesn't matter.I want everyone to learn something from this situation:
1. When you KNOW that someone can be easily offended DO NOT behave like an idiot kid which would abuse this. Be nice instead. Try not to offend him. Be a good person, try to explain things and everything is fine.
2. If someone is mean to you: Ignore him. He is not worth your time. Don't make yourself an asshole by shooting something back.
Also I want to note that I of course sent a PM to
GeoB99 to explain the situation and I thanked him for his good work and support so far - and I want to do that here in public again: Thanks GeoB99! DC: Eh, I was only for four months. Not a big deal but whatever, I don't mind it at all. I think, you should close this thread since we've already bring up an end to this discussion. GeoB99 was any worse of a moderator than SteelKat and was showing an example of how a moderator should behave until now when he also made a mistake (Just like SteelKat!!!) and yet was demoted instantly. I would at least give him a time period and see how he does it. Not to mention that I also ignored the thread (although I do admit I was busy at the time and didn't bother to look at the thread at all until too late) but we all made mistakes. Maybe not now but there were times too when others messed up. Just like me. Just like ZxC this single time.I would advise to reconsider his position. I am more and more busy lately with work and uni stuff and whatnot. He was the biggest help for file archive from the whole team so far. If not for this incident, he'd be a 10/10 moderator.
TL;DR: Take into account how much of a help he was and reconsider. It'll be worth it. I suggest a second chance, just like how it was given to others.
I think it was fair to demote him(yeah take that bold letters, why not?) As I've mentioned before, there were a lot of situations which involved ZxC's mistakes. This last situation was the breakthrough for all what happened before.
Maybe I'm being too harsh and sensitive about this but I wouldn't forgive bullying and making fun of autism.
