§3.1 - No posts which offend/provoke/insult (flame) Pagyra: In my opinion, Avobolt and kemine are worth to be but they're pretty inactive especially kemine so i don't know what i choose. Anyway, the situation here is not really worse or there's lack so we don't need other moderators for now. Anomaly: He banned you by fuck? What the hell? No details please! It's exactly that kind of offensive behavior which gets you banned (I'm just judging from your last post, I don't know what happened before). Always search mistakes in your own behavior first before you complain about others. DC: so, Let KimKat embrace first and don't give a fu*k for Pagyra. Pagyra: New moderators come up when there's a lack of them or if current moderators cannot work properly (like having studies that take away all their time and so on). I haven't seen any moderators claim how they don't have enough time and the few of us who do moderate the forum don't have that much work. Getting a new moderator isn't viable right now. At least that's what I think. Anomaly: Sorry but, I dont wanna to be moderator - I already have so many jobs, projects and employment - so i dont know where I would take free time and desire to engage and finish it all.@
Rainoth: and @ DC: Today I spoke with @ Vectarrio: by Skype and he told me that he was/is busy by studying and therefore such bad activity. In any case, you was reported that moderators are too few to clean file archive from files with bad quality.
So I think you should appoint moderators those people who are really doing something with good quality.

If there's a particular file that you want to see removed, you can always PM me and if you see a bad file uploaded but not removed, that's because I always give it 2-3 weeks for it to get feedback from other users which helps me decide whether I should remove it or not. No way, moderators of the files needn't to have a good quality file, just to be able to get the rank moderator, this is stupid. The moderator should just have discernment in our files.
Pagyra did a rule violation. He provoked on a forum topic which is not very nice. It's also a valid rule in Unreal Software, so of course I will give him the temp ban if he does something like that. Provocations on forum topics will always get you a temp ban depending on the severity of the violators statement of course and also with accordance to the rules. I never give out temp bans if someone is doing the right thing.But most of the time on Unreal Software users are doing that bad thing and that's what ends up in flame wars like these and it's happening over and over from time to time and those users are known as internet trolls, isn't it self-explanatory?
Anomaly: I don't feel like I have to defend myself as the rule violation is valid and I also messaged him with the reason behind it, so why do you need to argue about a rule violation if I may ask? it's not you who violated anything it's him. No disrespect but I don't feel like I need to defend myself on this point.There's no point in arguing everytime a temp ban is given, just accept it or send a private message to the ones giving it with a reason. My signature is not a provocation (nothing offensive only bare facts), it does not "Annoying / distracting".
I asked both users (
KimKat and Yates) to do a simple task to check and test my code - they repeatedly promised me do it, but later did not (even a month later (despite availability of free time)).So my signature contains a warning/advice to other users of forum.
In any case, this occurs twice as fact, without any prior request to user.
Maybe I'm acting now as an asshole (5.1 in rules) and write this text, but such actions by moderator also extremely unpleasant and .
In addition, banned users can not write PM (even to moderators)

§2.4 - Use tags sparingly and only when they add value Pagyra's PM to KimKat: What a nonsense! Of course the rules are valid for the entire website. Including signatures. Why should it be allowed to flame in signatures while it is forbidden in the forum? That would render the rules completely useless.It's really sad to see how people continue to provoke others and then complain about the obvious consequences. This is just stupid and I don't want to invest any time in cleaning the resulting shit up. So just stop that crap already?! Thanks.
