Because hackers are mostly smarter than other people? Because when they got the power they take it seriously? They can help in finding exploits/bugs? post your "moderator program". That's nonsense. I'll tell you the program: Removing spam and crap files and temp banning users. That's basically it. No, it's no fun to be moderator. It's work. But it's also cool to be able to remove annoying stuff if you see it and are in the forum anyways. Also you can "work" as much as you want. It's completely up to you as you are doing it voluntarily. Suggested persons have to fulfill those conditions (THERE ARE NO EXPECTIONS): Must be registered here for at least 1 year or longer Must have the mode user or super user - idiots are not eligible. The person must obviously be a "good" user. Meaning: No troll, no asshole, someone who cares about the rules most of the time. The person should be quite active on the website.
