For example when you write a long text but then refuse to hit enter you can delete the text quickly.
Should be easy to implement.

Or they could make it just remove the last written word. For example if I write "Hello my name is DC" then it should remove "DC" only. If you do Ctrl+Return in textfields (e.g. in the browser) then it does this effect as well.

Maybe it could be possible to do that random things.
changeable size(from 1,2,3,4,5,6(max), where number is count of messages, which that 'informant' occupied.

BlitzMax does this with the LoadAnimImage command, implementing this in CS2D would be very helpful, no need to send like 10 images anymore, instead you do it just with one.

But here is the point i don't know random guy in server be able to communicate via third party program impossible and in some servers, game is too fast to type like hc fun. You cannot find much time to speak with community. System like CS:GO would be awesome. Mute the players if we don't like to hear and the rest can speak.

To put it simply, it is a load of work and not worth the effort. Thus you won't see such a feature in foreseeable future. For further information, take a look at DC's answer.
