Oh, a fellow Portuguese. I'm also a NOS/ZON/Cabo TV (when will they ever stop being renamed?) costumer and I'll like to ask you: what 'package' are you paying for in order to get that speed?
This is what I have currently:

(also, for some reason, Speedtest detects that Madeira, which is 965km away, is the closest server... but I'm paying for 30 Mbps so it doesn't really matter).
