I stopped the violation system completely because it's not efficient. Instead of violations you will now receive temp bans whenever you violate the rules.

FAQ:

• what about existing violations I received?
> they are all removed and forgotten.

• what is a temp ban?
> temp = temporary. this means that you are banned from the website or parts of the website for a certain time - until the ban expires. you can still view the website but you can't write stuff.

• how long is a temp ban?
> the temp ban duration ranges from 5 minutes to 4 weeks (1 month) - depending on how much crap you do.

• how can I avoid to be temp banned?
> read the rules carefully and don't violate them! http://www.unrealsoftware.de/rules.php
try to behave like a grown up and sane person that thinks rationally

• can I still receive "real" bans that stay active forever?
> yeah of course. if you do massive shit or get temp banned all the time.

they could be recovered by running a full server restore but that would take the whole website and usgn offline for some time and would reset its state to a time some hours ago. that's clearly not worth it...

this is not about collecting something. this is about keeping the forum clean and about punishing idiots for being stupid and for ruining the forum with crap waves and shit storms.

Collecting temp bans ? Person to do this must be really have no brain at all.
Vilations was like....badges ? achievments ? So they was nice to collect in a some way
