I've reported many guys; many times. But its not easy to ban them quickly. If he will do this like 4-5 times, maybe he can be banned.

if u chek now u will see that there are maney acc's that has the same comment title(GOOD) and the comments kinda same and the rating is 1/5.

both of these uploads has ben spammed by the same users(multiple acc's) and the comments are kinda same.
*EDIT*and all of those 10 comments were posted in about 1 minute.
