Should be version 1.1.0.0 if I understand Daisuke right. I'm quite unsure though, it must've been at least one of the first CS2D release versions of it. Btw Daisuke is good at skinning, he brings quality uploads to gamebanana and they're awesome. Tested on CS2D Max 1.1.0, should work on all preceding versions.
