Today I want some script that I want to use it.

When you have USGN that same in admin.txt
then you can be an admin and you can use admin functions
like
admins say:
!kick,!ban,!slap,.....player (not use f2 f3 f4)
When admins say this script will change their name to:
Player(Admin):Hello <---- Color of name change to other colors

When you have USGN that same in members.txt
then you are members of this server
When members say this script will change their name to:
Player(Member):Hi <-- Color of name change to other colors
