So i make server with Dedicated Server app i now how to make me admin and evrything there but when i close DEDICATE SERVER APP the server shut downs ? can i repair this i want my server to be 24/7

no, there is no fucking magic which makes your server run 24/7 without running the server program!

you need to have or rent a PC which runs 24/7 if you want the server to run 24/7. there is no other solution.
