there is nothing wrong with PC, but, maybe with video card. Or try using direct x instead of openGL (or openGL instead of DX)

I think this is to prevent synconisation laggs caused by bad internet connection concerning how good/stable your own connection is and how good/stable the connections of the people you are playing with are.

frame skipping activates when the graphics are rendered too slow.

so there seems to be a problem with your drivers/video card whatever. try ogl/dx win/fullscreen and/or reduce the detail levels in the settings.

drawing text is also very slow on some systems. so keeping the console open for a long time may cause this problem as well.

I dont have any problems with drivers/videocard, drivers are last version, videcard are new and powerfully.
tried in ogl/dx in window mode, i'll try other tommorow, gonna sleep now :3

P.S. Reduced gfx, still same now. when round starts its ok, then x1, later x2, later x3......x5

I had 15 FPS when my zombie AI was in high fly and each frame it was doing loop (for i=playery, getwatery), so if the loop is to big, it is lowering fps too.
