This problem happened to me. Yeah.
The solution is to mask it.

You don't need to tick "Mask".

Just go to the field Mask (0; 2; 4; ...) put 4.

but im trying to put a rotating helicopter-rotor to my map without background, so this doesn`t help to that?

If you cant figure it out and u dont want to waste time just open paint on windows and color the pink black....

Simple ... you don't.
If you look on the left side of the screen at the bottom you will see "Tile Prorieties".
Press that button a dialog box shold appear , select an option (ex.Wall to create an Wall Tile) then pless Save as Default Proprieties , move on to the next frame (#1) and so on.
The Ini file will be automatically created on the same Folder as the Map.
Aloso the Tileset will have the selected proprieties by Defaut (that is the porpuse of the .ini to store the "data" type of your .Bmp).
