This mod is pretty spectacular 
Some questions:
How do I prospect?
The anvil doesn't seem to do anything; when I open the forge weapons/tools/misc menus there is nothing inside, so is this unfinished or am I doing something wrong? (I have iron, coal, a branch and a hammer)
What purpose do surface mines serve? (other than preventing me from mining the rock the normal way
)

)To prospect you need to use your shovel to dig.
One thing thou, it was still a WIP (Work In Progress) and only coal was inplemented as a test.
Anvil was allso a WIP so I don't think you wil get that one to work
