i would recommend to install your OS on the ssd and copy then the old files from the hdd
Cebra: Oh, wow. Installing a live version of Linux, next learning some linux, then copying and pasting them after that deleting the HDD, Finally, creating a disk for it again but this time as secondary. So in the conslusion, It will work broken. Does it even worth it? Still looking for a simpler way to do that. Thanks anyway 
The Dark Shadow you asked for any help, not easy help. Mami Tomoe: Well, But I meant that wouldn't work at all so. The Dark Shadow: you don't seem like you get it:I meant, you can install a live version of your prefered OS on an USB-Drive, boot with this OS, copy your files and hope for the best.
But i won't expect too much.
Hm... Windows 10, makes things hard again.
If you have the partitions on the HDD laid out with GPT: you will need a special tool to migrate, 100%. Because you'd need to change the partition GUID on either side to not be duplicates.
If you have the partitions on the HDD with MBR (unlikely, Win10): yes, Live version of Linux would work to copy the data raw from HDD to SSD (using "dd"). For that case you'd want to minimize the size of the system partition on the HDD BEFORE copying, so that the system partition fits onto the SSD (1: defragment & compact, 2: shrink partition). Then you can make "dd" do a raw copy of system partition from HDD to SSD.
TLDR: Look for a tool. Now boy if you were already using Linux, it'd be easy peasy.

DATA MIGRATIONThe workflow is always the same:
create a matching partition on the new drive copy all data from the old to the new drive either remove the old drive or change the primary boot drive in your BIOS/UEFI if everything worked (optional): clear the data from the old driveTools will do the first 2 steps for you. It's pretty easy.
