There is a thread to report stolen stuff. Use it instead of spamming new threads! /DC It's stolen - condition of being stolen, steal - infinitive verb, and stole - verb "steal" in the past, for god's sake there is no "stole sprite", but "stolen sprite". If you have no proof, they you can not claim to have created whatever it is you have created. You need to have documents, photo, or identification of ownership. For future referrences, inculde some type of signature to the whatever it is you create. Are you fucking stupid Skullz, he has proof; the original link.
Also, stoled? Present past tense or something? Still could of made signature on image. Just because he upload first makes it his? Now silence yourself. You have no understanding on forging or stealing. So go play your games. The original file was uploaded over 7 months ago, and taking all into consideration - including the persona of the stealer, it's good enough for me. Gonna need more than that in the court of legal justice(Just a comment dont get your peeeejamas in a bunch If you're taking stolen files with the same seriousness you treat legal courts, I think what you require is to bloody chill out, mate. Govenor, I be top with the chill. Ever since I got thy rail road tracks off my grill. Now I can talk for real. So lets be friends. Cause you love me and I love you. And lets get together and kill some noobs. @ SkullzOrig: Dude, shut up.
There is enough proof there, to prove something has been stolen that is on the internet, the earliest upload date is generally the first one made, especially when there is 7 months difference between the 2.
But now this has been sorted so this topic can be trashed. Have even have the closes idea that he could of just uploaded but the guy who made it never uploaded it. He just made. I make stuff all the time, but I dont upload them all. So does that mean if someone uploads my stuff it makes it theres? [edit]
I see no reason to reply to SkullzOrig nor do I see any reason to have to continue arguing against a retarded counterargument that makes little to no sense, so I edited out my post.
I'll simply leave it at this: Evidence has been provided, and the moderators took it and dealt with the situation. If the moderators ban, remove files, or state that something is against the rules, that is their final word. No amount of discussing will ever suggest otherwise because ultimately you are a user of this website, and you are entitled to do as you please only as far as the moderators will let you. That means: Rules, if you don't follow them, expect to see the consequences. In addition to that if you don't respect the moderators or fellow users it goes without saying that your actions will have repercussions.

@Moderators: Please just Lock this thread and ban where you see fit, this argument that SkullzOrig is maintaining only adds up to the spam of this thread and quite frankly it's annoying. edited 1×, last 29.05.12 12:11:28 pm
SkullzOrig is actually a quite strange guy, I think he has mental problems.
