I prefer a girl to ask me out, because I just suck at asking such things from a girl. I am 15, and I was rejected twice out of three times. I got rejected twice because I rushed our relationship( asked her to early). If you want my opinion, here it is. Don't rush, get to know the person before you make further actions.

This is nice advice, but still - it depends on situation. For example, I always rush and let me count... I had 8 girlfriends so far.

Never ask for sex.
That's the main turn off, because as soon as a girl thinks you're there just for the sex, they'll drop you like some kind of mutated cancerous abomination.
Ask if her if she would like to hang out, talk about random stuff, goof off, invite her to movies and just generally be a great friend.
The longer of a friend you are with her, the more chance you will have her getting an emotional attachment to you, as you will eventually have (if not already) to her.
The more you know each other, the more you'll know what to do for her to make her like you, the more she likes you, the easier it will be for you to get her to like you, you can guess where it goes after two who are in love like each other enough to the point where they "like like" each other.
Let the relationship grow naturally, don't try to push it or you'll end up overdoing it and freaking her out.
AND REMEMBER, AVOID CORNY PICKUP LINES AND DON'T EVEN DARE BOTHER MENTIONING HOW BEAUTIFUL SHE IS. That will land you in hot water as she will put the two together and figure out that you're here just for the sex. Just be kind, hang out, do things together like I dunno... Go karting or something? Movies, sleep overs where you have an all-nighter movie night with your usual alcoholic beverages if you're both into that stuff, just have a really good time, and continue having a good time.
Even if she rejects you act like you don't care , and really , don't care.

God, the cheesiness and the awkwardness of this quote is off the charts! Why the fuck would you say something like that straight forward? Sounds dumb.
If she is the same school as you, try to have a little contact with her, just walk and start a conversation.
There MUST be something to talk about that connects you to her (like homework, movies, music)
If she dont know you, her first impression about yourself counts the most , if you want to go out with her faster .
And the most succesfull (for me) is the eye contact.
I explain , how you might get her.

You could do like that:
"You walk in the corridor of the school or whatever , just go around somewhere near that girl. Fix her, so just make sure she notice you fixing her.
After a while, walk to her , and when you are walking look her in the eyes, and smile

And just say "Hi"
She will , i repeat she will answer you , unless she have her friends around, and dont want to 'lose' her sort of a reputation .

And remember to smile and appreciate the answers she give to you. She will maybe think that is ridicoulous , like who are you to talk to her ... But don't worry , smile , and talk in a secure way , and everything will be fine ...
Finish, by saying "Yeah, thanks for the information'' or something. and just simply walk away.
If you did every step perfectly she might ask you what is your name , and you know you will going on .
But if not , you know that every time you will see her , you're some sort of friend to her, so you will not have problems to go and talk to her , you know ...
